1. RETURN REQUEST

2. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT:
To process your return request, we require an unboxing video as proof of any defects or damages to the product. Please ensure that the video clearly shows the condition of the item and any defects you are reporting.
3. SIZE CHANGE OR PRODUCT RETURN
Size exchanges and product returns will be fulfilled after we arrange a paid courier to pick up the item(s) from your location. You are responsible for packaging the item securely for return. Please include all original tags and packaging.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will proceed with the size exchange or initiate the refund process.
4. COURIER ARRANGEMENT
We will coordinate with our courier service to arrange a pick-up of the item(s) for return. The cost of the courier service for the return will be covered by Unicus Industries.
5. SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGED PRODUCT
- Size Issues: If the size of the item you ordered doesn’t fit as expected, we offer exchanges to ensure you get the right fit.

- Different Color Received: If you receive a product in a different colour than what you ordered, we apologize for the error and will gladly exchange it for the correct colour.
